Learning Support Center

The 2010-2011 school year brings even more excitement and energy to our community. The newly structured Learning Support Center (LSC) has increased it's involvement within the student body. We have 24 students receiving support through our new program that involves more teacher collaboration with our LSC Specialist. This fosters more customized support for each student's unique learning abilities. This new program has placed St. Agatha Catholic School on the radar of other school in the Diocese as the example on how to support students with varying academic needs.

Jog-a-thon and Trike-a-thon

Preschool Trike-a-thon is on Thursday, September 23rd on the school playground at 9:30am! Come and see the preschoolers race around the playground to get the most laps and earn money for their school! Very cool prizes for most money raised in each class and for most laps ran in each class.

K - 8th grade Jog-a-thon is on Friday, September 24th at Sellwood Park at 9:30am! Watch the kids jog up a "Storm" for St. Agatha Catholic School! Very cool prizes for most money raised and most laps ran in each class, as well as most money raised and most laps ran in the entire school.

Get out there and collect those pledges!

PIPS Movie Night

Our parents association, PIPS (Parents in Partnership), will be hosting a family movie night on Friday, September 24th in the school gym. More information on this fun family event coming soon!
